Users are responsible for any content they generate. Bill Manager takes no responsibility for user-generated content. All users agree not to share or make public any of their account or login information. If, for any reason, your account details or login information has been lost, stolen or otherwise compromised, you agree to immediately notify Bill Manager.
In order to use the free services provided by Bill Manager, you agree to provide certain limited information about yourself as prompted by the service. You agree to maintain, keep current and keep accurate this information. Bill Manager reserves the right to refuse service to any user.
Bill Manager may amend this agreement at any time. You are responsible for viewing the Bill Manager website on a regular basis in order to keep current with updates and amendments. Any continued use of the service by you after these terms have been amended shall be deemed your consent and agreement to the amended terms. Bill Manager reserves the right to limit, deny, modify or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice to you.
You hereby agree, at your own expense, to indemnify, defend and hold Bill Manager harmless from and against any loss, cost, damages, liability or expense arising out of or relating to: 1) a third-party claim, action or allegation of infringement based on information, data, content or other content submitted by you, 2) any fraud or manipulation, or other breach of this agreement by you or 3) any third-party claim, action or allegation brought against Bill Manager arising out of your use of the service.
Bill Manager may immediately terminate your membership and overall right to use the service if: 1) you breach this agreement, 2) you provide inaccurate information, 3) Bill Manager decides to discontinue offering its services. Bill Manager will not be liable to you nor any third party for termination of service. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting closure of your account. Upon termination of the service, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
