Although we do plan to implement an SMS feature in the near future, at this point in time, we do not support text message reminders.

Bill Manager can be accessed from anywhere there is a computer with internet access.
Currently, we only support USD (United States Dollars) but we do have plans of extending Bill Manager to other currencies soon, so stay tuned.
